APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT
Description
The proposed stipulated final judgment represents a settlement agreement reached by the parties, subject to School Board approval, with respect to parcel 12 in the on-going eminent domain action in which the School Board is acquiring property for a school site in North Port.
Recommendation
That the School Board authorize counsel to execute the motion seeking stipulated final judgment with respect to parcel 12 in the case of School Board v. Adams Homes, et al., as presented.
